So surreal....I haven't read T.S. Eliot in years but today after reading your post I remember a passage from The Dry Salvages that I think about from time to time....


I sometimes wonder if that is what Krishna meant—
Among other things—or one way of putting the same thing:
That the future is a faded song, a Royal Rose or a lavender spray
